What is the format of the Bioprocessing Summit?
The conference offers a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in-person or virtually. It features 13 conference tracks, 5 training seminars, and a dynamic exhibit hall.

What type of content can I expect?
Attendees can expect over 300 educational and technical presentations, interactive panels, and plenary keynotes. Topics include upstream and downstream processing, AI digitalization, RNA genetic medicine, cell and gene therapy, and so much more. All topics can be found on the program page.

What are the conference hours?
The event spans four days from August 18-21 2025. Operational hours are from 8AM to 5:30PM.

What is the Bioprocessing Summit schedule?

Who can I expect to meet and network with at the event?
The event attracts nearly 1,400 global participants, including scientists, engineers, and executives from biopharma, academia, and solution providers.

How do I submit a poster for the event?
You can submit posters online by visiting the event poster page.

Do I need to register in order to present a poster?
Yes, in order to present a poster at one of our conferences, you must be a registered attendee.

How do I register for the Bioprocessing Summit?
There are 3 easy ways to register for the event:

Online: Click the register button at the top right of this page (Individual, Group and OnDemand)

What are the different registration packages available?

PREMIUM PACKAGE
Includes access to all conferences and/or Training Seminars (4 days) & networking events, and on-demand access.

STANDARD PACKAGE
Includes access to one conference or training seminar (2 days), networking events, and on-demand access.

Is there a government discount?
Yes, discounted rates are available for attendees affiliated with academic and government institutions.

Are there group discounts? How do they work?
Group discounts are available for teams of 2 or more. Purchase a full price registration and participants from the same organization will receive a 20% discount when registering through the Group Registration page.

The group registration package must be equal to or less the value of the full price package.

Is media registration complementary?
Media representatives may be eligible for a complimentary press pass. For eligibility criteria and application details, please visit https://www.healthtech.com/press

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received no later than two weeks prior to the first day of the event in order to receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee or a refund minus the cost of ordering Post-Event On-Demand access. (Refer to website for price.) Cancellations received two weeks prior to the first day of the event will receive a voucher towards a future CII event.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
If you have not received confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders. If you did not receive the original registration confirmation, please email reg@healthtech.com to request a copy.

Can I attend the Bioprocessing Summit virtually?
Yes, the conference offers a virtual attendance option for those unable to join in person. Virtual participants will have access to live-streamed sessions and on-demand content.
