Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 12th Annual

Rapid Methods to Assess Stability and Impurities in Biologics

Hot Topics, Case Studies, and Strategies and Technologies for Detection, Analysis, and Control

August 19-20, 2024

The popular 12th Annual Rapid Methods to Assess Stability and Impurities in Biologics conference will bring together industry leaders to discuss rapid and practical ways to accelerate prediction and screening for protein instabilities and new strategies and technologies for detection, analysis, and control of product- and process-related impurities, especially cell proteins (HCPs). Top scientists will share new insights through presentations, case studies, informative panel discussions, high-level poster presentations, and interactive discussions. We are seeking case studies and unpublished work on new methods and tools to feature on the agenda.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Accelerated Stability Studies and Predictive Tools
  • AI/ML Approaches for Engineering Proteins with Better Developability and Stability
  • Stability of Gene and Cell Therapies, Bispecific and Multispecific Antibodies, and Other Novel Modalities
  • Real-Time Monitoring and Quality Control
  • Impact of Excipients on Biopharmaceutical Stability
  • Detection, Characterization, and Control of the Process- and Product-Related Impurities
  • Advanced Analytical Methods for HCP Detection: Mass Spectrometry, Immunoassays, and Emerging Technologies
  • Innovations in Downstream Processing for HCP Removal
  • Regulatory Considerations and Guidelines

TThe deadline for priority consideration is February 2, 2024.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
