The weeklong Formulation & Downstream Processing stream presents practical insights and case studies on overcoming challenges in development of high concentration protein formulations and new biologics, application of high-throughput/high resolution screening tools in early stage development and improved purification technologies. The three conferences together will feature cutting edge approaches for understanding and managing aggregation, high viscosity, and administration challenges by using delivery and device strategy as well as new advances in downstream purification, particularly new ligands and technologies for existing mAbs and novel antibody formats.
